It is the no smear kind...ha ha ha!! The crazy thing is that she did actually get some on her eyelashes!!! My sweet girl!

This is SO funny and cute!!!!! I may have boys but Carter still loves my makeup! Difference is he wouldn't have a clue it goes on his eyelashes!!!
