Our flip is DONE!! It is on the market. We are selling it by owner, but we did have it placed on the MLS!! If a realtor sells it then we will give them 2% That I can handle, but the thought of giving them 6% just kills me!!! Anyway, the house turned out really cute & it would be perfect for a first time home buyer. Probably wouldn't be best for a large family but a couple of kids would fit just fine!!! Please pray for us!!!! We need to get rid of this thing!! I'm sick or writing out the bills for TWO houses!! YUCK!!!

Lots of hugs and prayers for you Andrea I hope the house sells. I know the economy really is down but so are interest rates so lets hope that's the deal for you!
